Talvio for advisory firms

Give clients a workforce-AI roadmap grounded in published benchmarks, not consultant intuition.

Talvio gives advisory teams an externally validated, white-label workforce AI training analysis — your brand on the deliverable, an objective basis behind every number, and a methodology pack ready when the client's own analysts start asking questions.

Why advisory teams use Talvio

In a Fortune 500 room, your reputation is on the deliverable. Not the tool's.

Whether you're a boutique firm, part of a larger practice, or an internal transformation lead presenting to your own executives — you get cross-examined the same way. Talvio is built to make you the most rigorous voice in that room.

"How do you know this is right?"

The TAP score is externally validated and the methodology travels with the deliverable. You answer with a published benchmark, not "trust our experience."

For boutique & independent firms
"Will this survive partner review?"

An objective, occupation-anchored basis behind every number means the analysis stands up internally before it ever reaches the client.

For larger practice teams
"Why should leadership believe you?"

Walk into the executive session with a defensible map and a costed starting cohort instead of a strategy built on a hunch.

For internal transformation leads
Your shield when the client pushes back

The same honest validation that wins the home page — here it wins the room.

When a client's internal analytics team or an incumbent strategy firm tries to poke holes in your deliverable, you don't defend an opinion. You point to two independent benchmarks — and to the fact that you reported the weaker one honestly.

0.92
Spearman ρ · Felten AIOE
Strong rank agreement with the Felten AI Occupational Exposure measure — a nationally cited academic benchmark. This is what you put on the validation slide.
0.42
Spearman ρ · Anthropic Economic Index
A moderate, independent check against AEI's observed AI task-use subset. Reported as moderate, deliberately — because a number you've already disclosed honestly can't be used against you.

Intellectual honesty is the differentiator. Most tools in this space imply a precision they can't support — which is exactly what a sharp client analyst exposes. Talvio ships with the methodology pack, Match Review, and one-click overrides so the consultant, not the algorithm, owns the final call. You're not selling the tool's judgment. You're selling yours, with a defensible instrument behind it.

The engagement economics

$99 of tool cost inside a five-figure advisory phase.

Talvio isn't priced per seat or per the value it unlocks for your client. It's priced as a near-rounding-error input to the engagement it anchors — so the analysis you'd otherwise spend days assembling by hand becomes the fast, defensible spine of a billable workforce-AI strategy phase.

What it costs you
$99
per additional client analysis, on the $299/mo membership with two analyses included.
What it replaces
Days
of manual title rationalization, occupation research, and slide-building per client.
What it anchors
A phase
of a workforce-AI strategy engagement you scope and bill at your standard rate.

Illustrative framing of how the cost sits inside an engagement — not a quote or an earnings claim. You set your own scope and rates.

What's yours, and what's the independent tool

The deliverable you present is yours. The tool it rests on is independent.

Two things travel to the client, and being precise about which is which is the whole point. The exports you present carry your firm's brand. The live tool, if you choose to share it, carries Talvio's — and that independence is a feature, not a leak.

White-label exports

Your brand on the executive PPT.

The board-ready decks you actually present carry your firm's identity, not Talvio's. This is the artifact your client takes into their leadership session.

The live viewer · Talvio-branded

An independent tool the client can inspect.

If you share a client viewer link, the live app shows Talvio's branding — and that's an asset. A Fortune 500 buyer is wary of a consultant marking their own homework; seeing the analysis rests on an external, validated instrument is exactly the reassurance they want.

Methodology pack & workspaces

Your framing, cleanly separated.

Attach the reusable methodology pack to proposals and SOWs, and keep every engagement in its own workspace with retained libraries and history — so the rigor is consistent and clients never bleed into one another.

How it fits a client delivery

From the client's roster to a deck you present — fast.

No integration, no IT project on the client side. Titles and departments only.

01

Intake the roster

Client sends an Excel or CSV of job titles and departments. No names, IDs, or sensitive employee data needed.

02

Score & review

Every title is matched to a U.S. O*NET occupation and TAP-scored. You correct any low-confidence matches in Match Review.

03

Frame the findings

Who To Train, What To Train, and the tool-gap split give you the spine of the recommendation in the client's own context.

04

Deliver as your own

Export the white-label executive PPT — the branded artifact you present — and attach the methodology pack. Share a live viewer link too if you want the client to inspect the independent tool behind it.

What advisory firms ask

The questions before you bring a client.

Does the client ever see Talvio's branding?
It depends which thing they see. The executive PPT exports you present are white-label — they carry your firm's identity, not Talvio's. The live web app, including any client viewer link you share, shows Talvio's branding. That's deliberate: a client logging into an independent, validated tool is reassuring evidence the analysis isn't something you reverse-engineered yourself. You control which of these the client sees.
How do I defend the score if a client analyst challenges it?
TAP is validated against Felten AIOE (Spearman ρ=0.92) and independently checked against the Anthropic Economic Index (ρ=0.42, n=480 SOC6, 54% subset). The full methodology pack travels with the deliverable, and the moderate AEI result is reported honestly — a number you've already disclosed can't be used against you in the room.
What's included for $299/month?
Multi-client workspaces, two client analyses per month, white-label PPT exports, client viewer links, the reusable methodology pack, AI Assistant for match review, and retained client libraries. Additional analyses are $99 each.
What happens to my clients' data?
Each analysis stays in your account workspace until you delete it; nothing is sold. You upload titles and departments only — no names, IDs, or sensitive employee information. Talvio can optionally use an external LLM integration to assist with matching if you choose that support; otherwise matching runs through Talvio's proprietary algorithms.
Can I keep separate engagements isolated?
Yes. Each client lives in its own workspace with retained libraries and history, so engagements stay cleanly separated and never bleed into one another.
Can I show a client the live analysis, not just the export?
Yes. Client viewer links give a read-only live view while you retain control over exports, edits, and the workspace. Note the live app is Talvio-branded — so this isn't a white-label surface, it's the opposite: visible proof the recommendation sits on an independent, externally validated tool. Lead with the branded export; offer the viewer link when a client wants to inspect the basis themselves.
