Client workspace model
Create a separate analysis for each client roster, keep data isolated by analysis, and switch from one active workspace to another from the account center.
Run AI readiness analyses across client engagements, keep each client workspace isolated, and turn role-level scoring into advisory deliverables your firm can stand behind.
Consultants do not need another seat-based analytics tool. They need a fast, defensible way to size AI training opportunity, explain the method, and convert a client roster into a roadmap, workshop, or business case.
Create a separate analysis for each client roster, keep data isolated by analysis, and switch from one active workspace to another from the account center.
Use the consultant methodology pack to explain O*NET alignment, score meaning, rich scoring examples, review steps, limitations, and appropriate use before putting Talvio in front of a client.
Talvio accelerates the evidence layer behind a consulting deliverable. It does not replace the consultant's facilitation, operating model, change plan, or client judgment.
Monthly consultant subscription. Direct end-company purchases remain the existing $249 early-access one-time analysis.
The consultant plan is separate from the general Talvio FAQ because firms need clearer guidance on credits, client workspaces, white-labeling, viewer access, and how to explain Talvio inside a broader engagement.
The direct product is a one-time analysis for an end-company buyer. The consultant plan adds multi-client workspaces, white-label exports, client viewer links, methodology support, retained workspace history while the plan is active, and credit-based client analyses.
The $299 tier includes two client analyses. Each client analysis uses one credit and supports up to 10,000 employees. Additional client analyses are available for $99 each.
Client details belong inside the client analysis workflow. Start a new client analysis first, then enter the client name and upload the roster on the upload screen. Firm defaults like logo, firm name, and footer live in Consultant Settings.
Use role titles, departments, and headcount needed for the engagement. Do not upload employee names, employee IDs, or other directly identifiable employee information.
Consultants can preview the read-only client view before sharing it. Client viewer links should show the visible analysis and client-facing context, not billing, credits, other client workspaces, upload controls, or consultant-only settings.
Consultant exports can include your firm name, logo, default footer, and the client name. The PDF is built for client delivery, and the PPT export is editable so your team can adapt slides to the final advisory narrative.
The AI Opportunity score is designed to move as Talvio updates its job models and AI tool capabilities improve. AI use-case categories are intended to be more stable role descriptors, so note that opportunity scores may shift with future model updates.
Talvio is for workforce planning, advisory analysis, training prioritization, and roadmap development. It should not be used as the basis for individual employment, compensation, promotion, termination, or disciplinary decisions.
The consultant plan is built around multi-client workspaces, retained libraries, white-label export, and engagement-friendly credits.
